As for the pilates I haven't stuck to it like I should everyday, but it is good exercise that I can tolerate and I am not too exhausted afterwards. Can I ask what type of compression stockings you wear? I recently just switched brands but I don't feel like they are working as well as my old pair. Do you have POTS and if so how long have you had it?
